"SKID" Supernatural Kids in Discipleship (Ages 8-12) We will teach two tracks simultaneously from January to April.
Track One - THE LADDER (Beginning Track - New Kids and those who have not completed a full 12 week track)
Topics Include:
Lordship (Great Commandment)
Hearing God’s Voice
Gifts of the Spirit (prophecy, healing and words of knowledge)
God's Word & Truth (spending time with God)
Hearing God for Outreach ... power sharing
God's Justice & Serving
*This track also includes creative arts, a travel outreach and activation of the gifts! (We teach the kids to go deep in God's word along with practicing the gifts)
Track Two - KINGDOM CARRIERS (Leadership - For kids who have been at EYC for at least one full 12 week track or longer).
Topics Include:
Listening Prayer
Learning to Worship in Spirit & Truth
Kingdom Activation Course (This is an on-going faith course to teach kids to step out and take risks to advance kingdom)
How to lead an gifts activation group
Preaching My Faith
My Prophetic Imagination
Christ-like Leadership
Combined Group Topics: We will alternate separate group/track teaching times with whole group teaching times. Everyone will hear these topics!
Carriers of the Fruit (Fruit of the Spirit)
Prayer Walking & Works of Justice
Cultivating a Spirit of Prayer/Soaking
Christology (Who is Jesus to Me?)
My Kingdom Mission
*This track also includes: Outreach, developing A faith-course lifestyle,`learning to share from the Word, and a lot of hands-on prayer.
The kids on this track can also be plugged into the healing and prophetic ministry teams at the Omaha HUB.
