There are two different registration forms, one for new students and one for students returning from a previous year. Please click on the appropriate form below. You may register and pay at the door, but pre-registrations helps us in our planning.

You can download and mail this consent form along with enrollment form and your check to: eXtreme Youth Community International: PO Box 54067 Omaha, Ne. 68154 or if enrolling on-line just download the consent form and bring to first session!
There is a $100.00 registration fee for the SKID and Amped (High School) tracks. The $100.00 covers each separate track and should be paid before the first session. Please make checks payable to eXtreme Youth Community.
If you are enrolling more than one child, the discount for siblings is as follows:
First child - $100.00
Second child - $90.00
Third child - $80.00
Fourth child - Free
Etc.

The fee is non-refundable after the completion of week 2 of the course. It is non-refundable at any time during the session if the child is removed for disciplinary reasons.
